Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped (IF YOU SELECTED TRACKED SHIPPING OPTION). Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the volumes with the courier.

Shipping times provided below are an approximation:

CAN: Please allow 1-3 weeks for it to arrive.
USA: Please allow 3-5 weeks for it to arrive.
International: Please allow 3-8 weeks for it to arrive.

For expedited shipments, please selected quicker tracked methods upon ordering.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change it once an order is placed. All orders will be shipped with the addresses reflecting your address provided by you on your invoice. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

JK Charms will not be liable for lost mail once it is in the hands of the courier.
